AlgenAir offers a 60-day full money back guarantee for unused aerium™ units still in their original condition and packaging. The 60 day period starts at the time the product is delivered. Upon initiation of a return, customers will be provided with a prepaid return label for shipping. 

We offer a 30-day partial money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your aerium™ unit you can return it within 30 days of purchase as long as  the unit has been cleaned and there is no damage or extensive wear. The 30 day period starts upon product delivery. Upon initiation of the return customers will be provided with a shipping label for return. 

All shipping costs will be deducted from product refunds. Subscription service boxes and live algae are not eligible for refund. Please contact support@algenair.com with questions or to initiate your return.
